大四学生是如何打败托福长难句的？

阅读能力提升不了，很多是败在了长难句理解上。今天给大家分享托福界战神是怎么拿下阅读得天下哒，小仙们都长点心加紧修炼吧！
长难句重在考查对句子结构和内在逻辑关系的考查。先要通读，先抓整体，注意力放在句子结构上，跳过生词，把自己认为的句子主干标记出来，方便后续思考和理解。通读整句后，尝试理解句子大意，写下翻译，在这一过程你会发现自己的不足。当然，翻译句子的时候不要死磕，翻译的目的是对照标准的句子结构解析和释义，跟自己的笔记做对照，找到问题所在。然后不熟悉的生词、短语查字典弄明白，进行语境理解联想记忆。这样下来基本上能够补充自己的知识点盲区。
【例句】A series of mechanical improvements continuing well into the nineteenth century,including the introduction of pedals to sustain tone or to soften it, the perfection of a metal frame and steel wire of the finest quality, finally produced an instrument capable of myriad tonal effects from the most delicate harmonies to an almost orchestral fullness of sound，from a liquid，singing tone to a sharp, percussive brilliance．
【句子结构】
分句 1：A series of mechanical improvements continuing well into the nineteenth century
分句 2：including the introduction of pedals to sustain tone or to soften it
分句 3：the perfection of a metal frame and steel wire of the finest quality
分句 4：finally produced an instrument capable of myriad tonal effects
分句 5：from the most delicate harmonies to an almost orchestral fullness of sound，

句子主干由分句 1 和分句 4 构成，即 A series of mechanical improvements continuing well into the nineteenth century finally produced an instrument capable of myriad tonal effects. 而continuing well into the nineteenth century是时间状语。
分句 2 和分句 3 并列修饰分句 1 中的 A series of mechanical improvements.
分句 5 和分句 6 中介词结构 from…to… 并列作定语，修饰分句 4 中的 an instrument capable of myriad tonal effects.
【句子大意】
