Leland Anderson是瑞得福国际学校的校长。毕业于哈佛大学,获教育学硕士学位,拥有美国犹他州及马萨诸塞州颁发的校长任职资格证书。Anderson先生在教学、学术研究及管理方面均有不俗的建树。在来到瑞得福国际学校之前,Anderson先生曾担任美国海瑞中学的副校长10年,主要负责运营管理、课程开发、组织认证、员工和管理人员的职业发展等工作。他也负责一个家庭教育项目,受惠者包括来自几十个国家的数千个学生和家庭。而在担任副校长前,他还做过五年的英语教师。他还是2008-2009年克莱顿·克里斯滕森研究所的访问研究员,在那里他与人合著并出版了《高山在线学校:犹他学区进入K-8在线教育》。早前,在攻读学士学位期间,他获得多项重量级奖学金,并取得了杨百翰大学颁发的英语教学专业优秀学生荣誉,并曾在美国杨百翰大学的教学设计中心工作,协助开发物理科学、地理学和美国历史课程。2017年4月,Anderson先生携夫人及6个孩子加入瑞得福国际学校。闲暇之时,Anderson一家最喜欢的休闲方式包括园艺、烘培、读书、写博客、做剪贴簿、远足、野营和探索家庭历史。“瑞得福有责任帮助学生加深对家庭的理解,并为他们提供机会,去为家庭做些有益的事情。” Anderson先生说,“我珍惜这次为瑞得福所有学生和家庭服务的机会。”


Mr. Leland Anderson is the Head of School at RDF International School. He joined RDFIS's administrative team in April 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Anderson served as Assistant Principal of American Heritage School and the school’s Director of Distance Education, where he oversaw American Heritage School’s accreditation, international student program, and helped establish various high school programs. He also oversaw the development of a family education program that continues to serve thousands of children and families in dozens of countries worldwide. Mr. Anderson graduated from Harvard University with an Ed.M. in School Leadership and received K-12 administrative licenses in Utah and Massachusetts. He filled an administrative internship at Madison Park High School, one of the largest vocational high schools in Boston Public Schools. He was also a Visiting Fellow at Innosight Institute in 2008-2009 where co-authored a white paper entitled "Alpine Online School: A Utah school district’s move into K-8 online education." Mr. Anderson taught English at Oak Canyon Junior High School and Provo High School. He graduated with a B.A. cum laude and with University Honors in English Teaching from Brigham Young University (BYU), where he was a Trustees Scholar, ORCA Academic Scholarship Grant Recipient, and a Robert C. Byrd Scholar. He worked at BYU's Center for Instructional Design, developing physical science, geography, and American history courses. Favorite past-times the Andersons include enjoy gardening, baking, reading, blogging, scrapbooking, hiking, camping, and family history research. "RDF has a mission to deepen students’ understanding and expand their opportunities to do and become good for families,” Mr. Anderson says “I rejoice at the opportunity to serve the families of RDF."
