Teacher's voice: First of all, I pay great attention to updating my teaching ideas all the time. In my opinion, old teaching methods mainly focus on imparting knowledge points and writing, while ignoring overall ability. Students even couldn't speak at all after learning. The right teaching should be learner-centered, focusing on interaction between teachers and students, and to teach students how to learn. Secondly, I prefer intuitional instruction and joyful instruction. I use intuitional teaching aid and games to arouse students' interests and to help them understand and memorize knowledge. Last but not least, a sound arrangement of homework is also significant for students' learning. You have to consider students' personalities, their ages and their actual language ability, to arrange systematical and purposeful assignments using feasible measures.
